A MAGIC MOMENT
Oh what a feeling! Simply a magic moment! I only arrived home yesterday and I’m still jet lagged. I’ll put some more pictures up in the next couple of days. But remember magic moments are for all, no matter how old! So to keep going forward. Never stop in your quest to continue to become more and more of who you want to be.

It’s always lovely to hear from you. I hope everything is buzzing along with your very important work. I received the official photos yesterday from Greece and I will post some on the blog soon.
With only two workouts while I was away and getting food poisoning in Turkey I most certainly wasn’t in the shape I’d like to remain in when I arrived home. I’m back at the gym now and thankfully I’m noticing positive changes. By the way how are you facial exercises going? Have you noticed any positive changes? I’m not sure if I told you but I was on National TV and National Radio before I left Australia and in both I was able to put my message out Nationally that of being all you can be regardless of age. How exciting is that!
